Some Musts:

            1st - Only Women artists' pages, this should be very clear.
            2nd - Sites cannot contain any pornography.
            3rd - Sites must concern only music issues, please no "All in one" web pages.
            4th - HTML Image Map Fragment must be either in: the main page, links, or webrings page.
                  Must be easily accessible.
            5th - A Page with a bunch of links won't qualify for the ring.

     Advised:

            1st - Update your site frequently if possible.
            2nd - Take e-mails from the WHM seriously.
            3rd - E-mail us if you have any questions or concerns.
